Client: South Lake Fire Safe Council
Lake County non-profit organization
Challenge: To design
a fast-loading site that is informational, and easy to navigate
for Lake County residents that would allow them to access
resources and information about upcoming events. The organization
also wanted to have chipping, membership forms, and maps readily
available online.
Design Solution: I
restricted the colors on the logo, and used CSS to create
uniformity of text, links, and other common tools on the site,
and used greys to showcase the graphics that are used on the
site.
Technical Solution:
Simple html with cascading style sheets allows for universal
search and replace functions. Links and rollovers are all
CSS to avoid browser problems, and the navigation is simple.
Site loads quickly and all images have been minimized optimally.
All videos and audio are similarly prepared for quick downloads
and maximum quality. |
